Job Evaluation

Whether you have chosen to use an “off the shelf scheme”, or we have worked with you to design a scheme to match you unique requirements, successful delivering of that scheme will require additional resources.

Job descriptions may need to be drafted, roles will need to be evaluated, systems and procedure set up to ensure continuity and staff trained in evaluation techniques.

CELRE can help with all these tasks or help to guide internal resources if these are available. If preferred, a CELRE consultant can be employed on a retainer basis perhaps to chair an evaluation panel, or review/audit internally evaluated roles.
