Jeff LawrenceJeff is a seasoned HR professional. He joined the company in September 2008 as a principal reward consultant and has over 25 years experience as a specialist in Reward, particularly in the financial services sector.

Prior to joining CELRE he worked for 10 years as a Reward Partner for HBOS, in their Insurance and Investment division, where he had responsibility for design and delivery for all aspects of the reward and recognition package

Jeff’s areas of expertise include design and implementation of pay structures, bonus schemes, flexible benefits, share schemes, executive reward, job pricing, recognition schemes and equal pay audits.

Since joining CELRE Jeff has worked with a number of clients, both large and small, in the public and private sector. Currently, one of his major projects is working with the Cabinet Office to help them better understand IT pay across all government departments. The work will help them develop a greater consistency in pay for those who undertake similar roles and longer term help them plan reward strategy to encourage greater alignment between pay and performance, career development and cross functional transfers.
