Paul Campfield

After graduation, Paul had initial experience in the banking industry followed by involvement in a number of entrepreneurial exercises in materials transfer.

He joined Computer Economics in 1982 and helped to develop the company into a responsive market leading salary survey production vehicle. Paul bought the company from his retiring partner in 1997 and moved it on into a self contained Internet facing data specialist.

Paul’s skills have always been focussed around job matching, data analysis, data integrity and quality of the final products. As a result he possesses a deep understanding of the jobs/roles being covered in surveys.

His knowledge base centres on job structures, pay structures and benefits provision plus business development for the consultancy company.
