Trevor Morriss
Trevor is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in both operational personnel and, particularly in reward management. Prior to becoming Reward Management Consultant for CELRE (in November 2002) he worked for nearly 30 years in a major division of HSBC and for the latter 14 years was their Head of Compensation and Benefits. Since joining CELRE (which subsequently separated into a consultancy company, working in close partnership with the salary survey company) he has provided valuable guidance to a whole range of organisations in all sectors – private, public and voluntary.
Trevor’s particular expertise centres around most areas of reward management, particularly pay and benefits design and implementation, market pay advice, organisational structuring and job evaluation. His depth of HR experience also enables clients to receive fully informed and professional support.
Trevor also serves on the Human Resources Committee of Scope, the national charity for cerebral palsy sufferers, as their independent pay and benefits expert.
