Employee Engagement
Changes in the Reward Agenda or Organisational Structure can have a major impact on how colleagues feel about the company as an employer. Experience has shown that regularly conversing with colleagues throughout a change process can make a significant difference to it successful delivery.
We therefore encourage our clients to consult with a cross section of colleagues to seek their views throughout the change process. This can be done via unions (where appropriate) focus groups or by asking colleagues to respond to questionnaires at appropriate points in the project.
CELRE will work with you to create a communication plan to identify the target audience, draft the key messages that need to be conveyed, identify the best media and timescales to consult and communicate. This part of the process can be as simple or complex as you wish. The critical point is that you are thinking about employee engagement as part of the overall strategy.
